Terry LeClair

Chief Executive Officer

Biography

Terry LeClair is a seasoned real estate executive, entrepreneur, and former real estate technology CEO with over 30 years of experience. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Luxury Real Estate and Technology at First Team Real Estate. Previously, Terry led ventures including ZinCasa, RealtySites PLUS, and Prudential LeClair & Associates, where he sold over 100 homes per year and trained over 20,000 agents. He is a master of business development, lead generation, and operations.

Biography

A seasoned financial strategist and accounting leader with over 15 years of hands-on experience driving growth and operational excellence. His focus on real estate development spans full-cycle accounting, project accounting with complex draw schedules, fund accounting with investor tracking, and comprehensive financial documentation for high-stakes projects. Holding an MBA, he combines analytical rigor with a client-centric approach—prioritizing integrity, transparency, and long-term partnerships. At Luxos Capital, he leads by making complex financial structures transparent and aligning every decision with long-term value creation.

Kelly Baker

Chief Operating Officer

Biography

Kelly Baker brings 20+ years of real estate development expertise, including leadership at Potencia Real Estate and Gramor Development. He has directed acquisitions and development of thousands of multifamily units and over 1M sq. ft. of storage facilities. His background spans entitlement, horizontal construction, and renovation of distressed properties. He ensures strong field execution and project management across all assets.
